SHOUTING AT STAFF/DOCTORS IN PERSON OR ON THE PHONE
- SWEARING AT STAFF/DOCTORS IN PERSON OR ON THE PHONE
THREATS OF PHYSICAL VIOLENCE OR ACTUAL VIOLENCE IN PERSON OR ON THE PHONE TO STAFF/DOCTORS OR OTHER PATIENTS
AGGRESSIVE/UNREASONABLE BEHAVIOUR IN PERSON OR ON THE PHONE
IF A DOCTOR/NURSE IS RUNNING LATE AND YOU CANNOT WAIT PLEASE GO TO URGENT CARE. IF WE CANNOT PROVIDE YOU WITH A SERVICE IN THE TIMESCALE YOU WANT IT IS NOT THE FAULT OF OUR STAFF/DOCTORS AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER

If you attend the site please wear a face mask.
If you are eligible for a flu vaccination you will receive an invitation to book an appointment via a text or letter. If you are calling regarding the flu vaccination for the 50-64 year group, the practice is currently waiting for vaccine delivery as yet we cannot say when clinics will commence until we know delivery dates.
If you are phoning in relation to the Covid 19 vaccination we are not in a position to invite patients for these and do not yet know if or when this will commence.
When we are closed
There is no emergency care available at the Practice before 08.00am and after 18.30pm or at weekends and bank holidays.
If you need urgent medical assistance and you cannot wait until the surgery reopens please call 111. Your medical need will be assessed and you will be directed to the appropriate service Calls to NHS 111 are free from landlines and mobile phones.
If you have a life-threatening emergency dial 999.

Academic Half Days
Academic half days are organised by the Bromley Clinical Commissiong Group who arrange training and development for Doctors and Nurses in the Bromley area. During these events Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group arrange medical cover for patients who need to be seen with a condition which cannot wait until the practice fully re-opens. If you require medical assistance when these half day events occur you will be advised by our reception staff on who to contact. Dates to be advised.
Every patient has a GP allocated to them known as their "Allocated Named Accountable General Practitioner'", however you can see any of our doctors and do not necessarily have to see the same one every time you attend. The named GP is printed on your prescription order. If you are not aware of your Allocated Named GP and would like to know who are allocated to, please ask at reception for details.
